We’ve enrolled over 5,000 merchants in 11 cities across India, and our list of merchants is growing by the day. So no matter what you’re in the mood for, you’ll find a great discount on it with Little.


Little uses your location to show the best deals near you. We can even alert you when a great discount comes up in your neighbourhood, if you want us to do so.


You can buy most deals by paying the full amount through the app, and redeem at the merchant for a cashless experience.


Pay-a-little deals can be bought by paying just a token amount through the app. You can pay the balance to the merchant directly when you redeem the deal.


Little is meant for immediate consumption. Just open the app, buy a deal, and you can redeem it immediately.

Why am I asked to register?

The registration is as simple as making a whatsapp account. All we need is your phone number. It will also help us remember you, when you log-in for the next time. We will also keep the record of the deals purchased by you earlier with the expiry dates.

Is there any option to log-in as a guest user?

No, to find and suggest awesome deals for you, we need to know who you are and what you like.

Why do you need my location?

For suggesting awesome deals which doesn’t require you to get stuck in traffic jams and loose the excitement of availing the services. Thus we suggest you deals near you by asking for your location. Nevertheless, you can also choose a deal anywhere in the city or country.

How do I go about finding the right deal for me?

We have various filters of price, popularity, customer rating, discount and distance. Please feel free to play around with them to find a best suited deal for you. You can also search for what you’re looking for by using the Search tab.

Do you provide deals only for services or products too?

As of now we are providing deals for various services like food, stay, wellness, fitness, workshops and movies. Many more feathers will be added to the cap.

Are there any hidden conditions?

No, we believe in complete transparency. We advise you to read the expiry date and terms & conditions of the deal carefully.


Will I be billed as soon as I book a deal?

You can pay for the deals in two ways, "Pay full amount" on the app or "Pay –a-little" on the app, rest of the amount to the merchant directly when you visit. The mode of payment is merchant specific.

Can I pay in cash and still be able to book a deal?

If it’s mentioned on the deal, you can choose the option pay-a-little and pay some amount of the deal on the app and rest to the merchant through cash or card, as per the merchant’s requirement.

Are there any taxes applicable above the price mentioned on the app?

No, the amount is inclusive of all taxes.

Is making payment to little safe?

Yes, we use a secured gateway for payment, which is PAYTM.

How do I pay for deals through the Little app?

Little accepts payments through PayTM. Once you've decided which deal to buy, just tap on the 'Pay with PayTM' and you'll be taken to PayTM for payment.

Once you reach the PayTM page, if you already have a PayTM account, just login with your PayTM account details and complete the payment with your PayTM Wallet or any other mode of payment (debit card, credit card, net banking, etc).

If you do not have a PayTM account, tap on ‘Signup’ on the PayTM payment screen. You can create a PayTM account in less than a minute, and then complete the payment.

What do I do if the merchant asks for extra money when I reach the venue to avail it?

We would request you to write back to us if you face such situation, to help us take necessary action. Nevertheless, a good service can be rewarded with a smile or tip. Please choose your way.


How will I get a confirmation once I buy a deal?

Once the deal is confirmed it will show in you "My deal" section. Please go through all the terms and conditions again and do not click on "Use the deal" option, unless and until you are in front of the merchant to avail the service/deal at the venue.

How do I redeem a deal that I’ve bought through the Little app?

You need to go to the app and click on the icon "My little" and under "My deals" section, you will find all deals purchased by you. All the deals will have the respective booking and expiry date. You can click on the deal to read the terms and conditions. You must click on the option "Use the deal", only when you are in front of the merchant and want to avail the services. Look for a blinking circle(green and purple) on the screen and your brand logo. Note down the order code in the circle. After 30 second the blinking stops. The order has been redeemed.

What do I do if I don't see a deal in "My Little" in "My Deal" section in the app?

Please check whether the amount has been deducted from your PAYTM wallet. If no, then please try booking the deal again. Else send us the screenshot of the PAYTM wallet page to us at hello@checklittle.com

Do I need to take a print out of it?

No need, lets help the country to save trees.

Are the deals time bound or I can go avail them anytime?

Yes, the best deals are for the limited period. Please read the expiry date carefully. All the deals have the respective booking and expiry date.

Is the reservation or the booking taken care by Little?

No. Please call the respective merchant and take a prior appointment to avoid any hassle.

Do I need to take a prior appointment at the venue after taking the deal?

Yes, it helps you and the merchant to plan the inventory. So that your visit is hassle free.

What if the merchant refuses to honour my deal?

Do I get an alert before my voucher is about to expire?

Your order page will have the booking and expiry date with the respective deals. Please go to the deals section and be on time for availing your awesome purchases.


Can I cancel the deal after making a booking at the hotel or wellness centre?

Once you've made a booking with the hotel or wellness centre, the cancellation and refund will be as per the policy of the hotel or wellness centre.

How can I cancel the deal?

Please send us the cancellation request stating the reason for cancellation. We will help you out on the same.


Once I cancel, how will I get my refund?

As soon as you send us an e-mail for cancellation, after, we will refund the amount to your PAYTM wallet within 48 hours.
